To bring you better savings, we have converted over to a new check printing vendor Deluxe! While you will still be receiving the same quality checks but in most instances they will now be at lower prices. While we did our best to keep the impact on you as a customer to a minimum we will need to assist you during your next check reorder.
In your current order of checks you should have received a "reorder notice" please make sure you have this notice when you are ready to reorder, this will assist us in ordering the same style, as well as ordering the proper check number. Do not be concerned if you do not have this notice, we can usually get the same information from your current check or you can always pick a brand new style from our catalog.
Once we have assisted you with your initial order through Deluxe you will be able to order through the various options we have available, including through our online banking, from our website, or via the customer service toll-free number, and of course we are always here to assist you. If you have any questions about the changes please feel free to contact your M&S Banker. We appreciate your business.
On July 18th we threw Jackie a retirement reception to wish her the best on her new journey. We appreciate everyone that stopped in to wish her the best. Her last day is Wednesday July 31st so if would like to stop in you still have a few more days.
We would like to announce the retirement of Jackie Klein, our Hunters Crossing Branch Manager after 13+ years of dedication with us. We would like to thank her for all of her dedication and hard work, she will be greatly missed! We would like to also introduce Marina Rojas as the new manager of our Hunters Crossing location. Beginning on April 14, 2013 the Passmark Image, Phrase, and Challenge Questions you sometimes encounter during the Online Banking login process will be replaced with a new Login Authentication process.
Currently, during your login to Online Banking, the system verifies your device (PC, Tablet, etc). If this is your registered device, the system will determine that this request is “normal” and “routine.” When it is, you are passed through to enter your password. Currently a device that is not recognized is met with Challenge Questions that were established with answers you provided at the time you enrolled in Online Banking.
After April 14, 2013 if the verification process determines that you are using an unrecognized device, the system will go to a new security screen. The screen will inform you that you are being asked to complete an additional layer of security. The following screen will provide a list of the phone numbers you previously established with M&S Bank. You select a number where you can receive a call at your current location. The next screen provides you with a security code. During the call you will be prompted to provide the security code from the screen. The system matches the information and you are done! Once the phone call is complete, you will move on to your Online Banking password and be logged into your Online Banking. The process registers your device so you will not be asked again when logging in from this device!
In preparation for these enhancements we began asking for you to review, verify and in some cases update both phone numbers and email addresses. If you have not already verifed this information please login to your Online Banking and from the Administration Menu choose Manage Contact Information.
